Matt Cohn-Geier Interview

Dear Stick:
Thank you for your comments and corrections.
You pointed out that a couple of the facts about Matt are not entirely accurate. As my goal is to some day become a reporter for the New York Post, I think the accuracy (or truth) is highly over-rated.
You mentioned that Gus was younger than Matt when he became a Giant, and I do stand corrected there. You may not realize that it is possible that neither Gus or Matt were the best at a young age, as Joe Sylvester (Sly) is probably the winner of that category--but I don't know the actual ages and facts to back that up.
It is also possible that I was the best young player ever, as at 21 I was learning from Oswald Jacoby and had amazing talent, but since I never played anyone except for money for another 25 years, I cannot prove I was the best at that age. (I forgot a lot of what I learned, and my game was pretty much destroyed when I started listening to Jake, Neil, Sly, Howard Ring, David Wells, Perry and my other teachers, because they used logic which thoroughly confused me.)
You asked if I had a daughter? No. But please stay away from my sons.
Phil
