Algorithm for G11. Anybody got one?

1) I round everything to the nearest .5%

2) The following pattern may be useful:

8a 11a 65%

7a 10a 66%

6a 9a 67%

5a 8a 68%

4a 7a 70%

Trading points is worth 1% with a boost for getting to 4away.
