This is where Kit's OLM has an advantage for realism. We get to see our roll before we cube? And you promise to pass? (May I remind you this is backgammon--a classful game where your word means something, not that barbaric poker. :)

I'm redoubling before the 6-1 ("honest to a fault"). 20/36 covers if we miss. Obviously 9/36 fans and 14/36 hits (with 6-6 and 6-5 being our best -- double hits).

Correct me if I'm wrong (and the neither surprises me) but fan+cover [14% of time] and we don't even have a cube.
