Honestly, I have not much knowledge of playing Carter (played 2 or 3 times), but I would personally find it hard to imagine that he is a 300pt ELO dog to Neil. 100 - Maybe. I have also watched Carter a few times too - he's a fun guy, what can I say, and he certainly doesnt look like a 1700 player (from a playing perspective). Thats assuming that Neil is a 2000 player - which is where I place him in the grand scheme. I also only think that bots can play better than 2000 - sure we all have games or matches where we can hit the silly numbers (2000++ ELO), but thats not a common occurence for me.

Having said that, what do I know.. Carter certainly has better results than me.
