Nope no MC,I changed my mind when I fucked up my foot, and decided to take the family to Naples where my partner's yacht will be. I'd rather just chill out for a week and let them have fun.

My foot is healing very slowly and now I have a new, perhaps related issue with that left leg somewhat above the ankle. All this hobbling around cannot be too good for it. Funny thing is..once you get above my lower legs, the rest of me feels great. I wish I could do a regular workout, but I am able to do some stuff.
