OK, fair enough. But just leave off the "AKA", putting the nick in parentheses between the first and last name, for those players we aren't expected to recognize.

As far as the others, I think "Dewey Tomko" is sufficient, as is "Phil Laak". If you don't know these big names as I've written them, you don't deserve to annoy the rest of us by seeing more detail which might or might not help, anyway.
