Nack, I am sorry for my thick fingers. I wanted to address my previous post to your new love the Z. It is the first step to the Bulgarian anchor:). But I by mistake posted it as a reply to Neil. Seriously, it is quite a problem of efficiency. The enemy has started the prime with one of the best opening rolls. The machines say the minor split has enough value (compared to the major S) as to not offset the increased value of 10 (compared to 11). I wondered - If I split major - his pointing on my head hurts more gammonish, but if I split minor he has more attacking numbers - on my head and the remaining open points before me. Robertie's efficiency may sound simple and convincing, but how do you do it OTB? I guess sitting on the shoulder of a giant is not enough. One needs sharp vision too.
