Leaving a direct shot gives Stick more winning chances than letting one checker escape and fearing escape of the second one and then losing the race. So, my move will contain 10/5.

The bar point is much more useful than the 7pt, so I play the ace by shifting the spare to the bar point.

10/5 7/6.
