Hit twice, and as KG used to say: "GAMMON THE WRETCH!"

This isn't even just about gammons, though. We also have to consider Hickey's Postulate, which I've posted either here or at Kit's board before: There's no such thing as a won race! What if we play safe, and he hops the other guy out next roll? Or a roll or two later? A single man back is always threatening to slip away like a little watermelon seed. This parlay is especially dangerous for us at this score, since he can redouble a pure race if he can get to somewhere around equal pips, and he's close now.
