16(2) 7(2) for me. If Stick didn't have the extra blots 10(2) would be tempting solving most of our remaining problems if he doesn't hit. Here the blots gives Stick problems even if he hits, and gives the hit man an easier escape route. If Stick doesn't hit we shouldn't have too many problems liberating the 16 point later on. The main drawback is fewer builders for the 5 point, but I still think 16(2) 7(2) looks best
