This is probably a close take for money. Consider the opening 6-3 (24/18, 13/10) [or 6-2 or 6-4 played similarly] followed by 5-5 and a fan. That is a close money pass. Here Stick has two extra checkers in the zone (on the 6-point and 8-point) and a slightly better homeboard point (4-point instead of 3-point). He has fewer shots at our outfield checker and we own the barpoint.

Although qualitative, it looks like our side is a bit better than the canonical position. So a Take for $. But what about this score? We get little recube vig and we can't use all four points if we turn this into a gammon for our side. I don't know about the gammon price but I suspect it is higher than $ for Stick's side.

Discretion is the better part of valor.
