Blue has an anchor and a better board and he's trailing in the race. I hate to give up the 8pt this early, especially when 13/8 redistributes so nicely, but I'd hit. If White makes the Blue's 4, it undermines much of What Blue has accomplished: the checkers on the 3pt are out of play, and the newly placed spare (after 13/8) loses much of its value. The plays must be close, since mine gives up quite a lot, but I think Blue should press his tactical advantage and try for more.
