Thanks for the revision Bob. I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for in terms of formatting but here are a couple tips that may have helped this posting. (and if you decide to try them out & repost this article I can delete this thread no problem)

HTML is fully enabled, unordered & ordered lists are easily created, as are tables, which can greatly help formatting. If you have any questions feel free to ask here but rather than writing you an HTML tutorial you can find what you need on the left at this link: w3schools

Also of possible use is inserting blank spaces. For that you use the non breaking space entity, which you will also see on the left under Entities by following the link.
