Is this take for white and automatic redouble at this score?

I don't know at this score. This position need some ME calculation. How is likely that blue leave shot and than white hit that shot and win the match? Not too much.

Is this right to put your almost 6-0 lead on stake in only one game and try to cash or to hope that white take it so you can win the match from this game?

I don't think. If blue win this game. Than white have to win four games in the row to win the match. This is too much so there is no reason to risk with redouble.
