Can XG's out-of-the-box default settings be changed so that they match generally agreed settings?

Indeed, it is a consensus here that outplay should be turned off and that PR should be the default.

I will consider changing that (by just modifying the installation program to set these 2 options).

For the next version, i will change the defaults.

is there any other options that should have a different default setting?
