If we enter on 21pt white has 11 22 23 24 25 33 34 35 44 45 66 total 16 numbers but if we enter on 23 white can make his 5pt in peace with 12 13 14 24 34 without scare that we can escape with every 5s and 6s.

I think that we have to enter on higher point. White has only one point board so we can easily enter but on 20 missing white numbers we get a chance to escape.

In addition after PoH we can enter on 5pt and escape. White will be more happily to make his 5pt than 4pt.

b/21 15/13 also secure our blot in outfield.
