There's a trick in GNU-bg if you only want to see the P/T side of the rollout. Set up a CHECKERPLAY position (taking-side making the checkerplay) with the cube already taken and the checkers and dice such that one of the candidates leaves the EXACT position you care about after it is played. Then compare the cubeful rollout result with 0.5. (> 0.5 is a pass.)
E.g. (stupid, but illustrative): Blue opens 2-1 and slots. White doubles. Is it a take? Put the cube on Blue's side, reset the position to the opening setup, and give Blue the 2-1. Roll out the 13/11, 6/5 candidate only.
