Take point is somewhere between 33 and 50%, maybe 40.

Next roll 1 and 3 hit, 2, 4 and 6 escape. After that White needs a little less that 2 rolls to enter each man from the bar while Blue is likely to escape one man each roll.

That should often lead to some kind of holding game with Blue controlling the outfield (somehow mutual, with Blue still stuck on the 22 or 20 pt in the good cases for White). I think Blue is a clear favorite. I double and I pass as White.
