24/15 is usually right in these positions (Pottle's Law), but here it leaves a shot. If Blue gets hit, he'll have lost much of his racing lead. It's only 5 shots, though, and he is far enough ahead that he'll still be ahead in the race after getting hit.

I go with 24/15.
