Two Rollouts, M + AtS

The position from the match and Neil is the only person to have mentioned the score. I forget whether this was my play or my opponent's, mine I believe, either way I believe at this type of score running was correct. ("Prefering to play for more total wins" says Mr. Kaz) For money I'd make the 5 pt., so why not test those waters too?

Oopsie .. it appears running may be correct for money too. There's much more to elaborate on in this type of position but I don't have the data collected yet to do so. For now though it should be noted 3 men back is borderline for types of decisions concerning whether to make a blocking point v. escaping a back man or possibly hitting another checker. It also depends how you make that blocking point. (obviously) For eg, I'm sure making the 5 pt. would be correct here if we didn't have to use the spare from the 8 but could use a spare from the 6. That's not the case though ... so .. run!
