I hit and cover. Double shot at Stick's blot on 9pt is fine but where to play two? I don't like 6/4. I think hit is obvious bcuz we can gain time to escape our back checkers. Don't think hit will improve Stick's timing. It is illusion. With five checkers behind our prime and only one checker to play with his army is divided in two pieces. It is main goal when playing against backgame. As Kit used to say first thing you have to do vs backgame is to make sure that your opponent will play only back game not two way game. With only one checker in outfield white can't win forward.
