#11 - I rarely see a slotted opening 51. Thus, there is little experience to my answer. 24/21 13/11

#12 - I do not change my standard 62. 24/18 13/11

#13 - 6/5*(2) 24/22. I am pretty confident in this answer because my chart http://www.bkgm.com/articles/Richards/1stand2ndMoves.pdf based on Stick's rollouts indicate this is frequently correct in response to a 54 split. I believe that it may be correct to this 43 split.

#14 - 24/16*. Unexpected answer that I only know because I charted Stick's rollouts.

#15 - In response to two down, I like 8/5(2), 6/3(2). This approach is not always correct. But, it is easy for me to remember. Checking my charts, it seems to be acceptable against any 5-X two down.
