Moving the rearmost checker in range of a miracle shot seems foolish as does putting a checker on a point we'll want to clear first in the near future, so 11/7 looks best to me. I'd rather that he not shift his back game to a 2-3, so another builder to make the 2 point cleanly can't hurt, can it?
