I don't think I would hit here. The main reason is that since we have a race lead, hitting puts a fair amount of equity on the line. It's true that if we fill in our board now, we risk collapsing if we can't hop the opponent's prime. However, once we have a strong board, we can afford to play more boldly to get our remaining checkers around. Even if we do collapse somewhat, we have good chances of just winning the race. I think the opponent has to outroll us quite a bit to get an efficient cube in.

Tough decision though. Not at all sure.
