Simulation and ABT

OK, that sounds good to me. The problem would be how to assign ABT points.
What I would do (if asked :) would be to run simulations showing the likelihood of players finishing with particular records as a function of how many were entered. Then award the prizes based upon those probabilities. In fact, for a three day Ty you could run the simulation during the first day (when you finally knew the exact size of the field) and then post the prizefund on day 2.
The only problem might be posting the (many) possible coutcomes.
If the money were distributed based upon this method then the old way of assigning ABT points (proportional to the $ distribution) would be equitable. Of course that doesn't mean everyone would agree with this....
