I'm with Stick here...it doesn't seem that interesting a challenge as stated. There are lots of positions that are borderline drops that are optional doubles.

Your position is kind of interesting because it looks pretty volatile so one might expect that it would be either a big double or a big drop. Still, I don't know what the point is of coming up with other examples.
