Poker or Backgammon

"I have heard that heads up, if a beginner goes all in in the blind on every hand, then he will have at least a 30% chance of beating the pro. Not sure if it's true."
My opinion is that in poker one of the greatest advantages of the professional player is that he can "read" the novice one. If the novice player bets all-in in every hand then the only thing the pro can do is calculate the loss of every small and big blind and take into consideration his and his opponents chips and then judge if this cards should or not be played... This is not a very profitable situation for a pro against a novice.
BUT
I don't know any novice player betting all-in in every hand against a pro... If he did (which is possibly the best tactic) he wouldn't be a novice at all.
After all real novices do not really have tactics...
