7/4 6/4 must be better than 13/10 6/4, no? They both give the same number of hits, and while 13/10 6/4 gives more ways to make a 5 prime, a 5-prime isn't enough to win. And there looks to be some advantage in making the 4th board point now. After 7/4 6/4 we can attack with any 5 and have a 4.5 point board; after 13/10 6/4 there are only a few numbers like 6-3 and that make the 4 point and hit (giving about the same position), or make the 2 point and either clear the blot or leave the blot, which looks inferior. There may be something to bringing another checker closer, but 13/10 6/4 seems to give Opp either 2's to hit or 6's out, and overall not as good as 7/4 6/4.
