I posted an analysis of the anti-pushmonkey strategy here a few years ago. Unfortunately, the plots aren't accessible anymore. Anyway, if both players start with stacks of 200 small blinds, the all-in player wins 31.6% against optimal counterplay. With 300 small blinds each, it's 27.4%, with 500 it's 22.8%. Minimum is 14.8% (if both stacks are ridiculously large, pro can wait very long for AA, which is 85.2% against a random hand).
