Is this a take?

I am not sure at all. White has racing lead and blue is on the bar and shoting on white's blot. If blue hit or anchor he lose his market.

Is blue TG? I think he doesn't. Bcuz if he dance and white has some luck for there is chance for turnaround.

So double as blue for me.

Well, I am not white so it is not my problem :-)
