My still quite untested and probably wrong EPC formula says that White loses about half a pip over Blue's nice position, which would make it a borderline take/pass with the 10% + 2 pips formula.

The score is probably a bigger factor : TP 24%, 28.5% on the recube and 16% on the recube to 8, all more favorable than money (25%, 25%, 22%).
