I would add 1.5 for White's chequer on the ace and deuce points, which nudges the position into a borderline take, by Rule 62.

If I recall correctly, Zare recommends adding 1 pip for the first chequer on the ace point, and two pips for For chequers on the deuce, add 0.5 pips for the first chequer and 1 pip for each additional chequer.
