How significant?

I think this is more significant than implied. The reason being how the project was set up, they played the same cards. This isn't your normal run of the mill random 2000 hands, what the computer had against one player the other player had v. the computer.

Stick may be the limit player here but I have no clue what to tell you to expect to win per hour. First of all, I never play for that long .. my sessions rarely exceed 20 minutes anymore, I'm happy to play an orbit if I make money and leave. I also very rarely play HU. I prefer 4-6 players. It's significant I feel secure with my bet, how's that for stat. sig? :)
