If you have all the replies rolled out, pick the best reply for each candidate second roll and combine the results, weighting by probability (i.e. 2/36 for non-doublets and 1/36 for doublets).

Think about it. You get WAY more effective trials.

I guess the problem right now is that you haven't rolled out the second roll at the special scores (GS, etc.). But you could certainly do this for your $-game rollouts. And of course when you get the fifth layer of dicerolls finished you'll be able to get super accurate fourth roll results. :)
