What’s our game plan? We’re ahead in the race, so it would be nice to leap Stick’s 5 prime and escape our back checker. First step is a 2, and then a 6. In the meantime we could build a prime of our own, and play a prime versus prime game. Or we could attack one of Stick’s back checkers, trying for a blitz. Whereas this roll is not useful for the escape or the prime games plans, 10/1* and 11/2* are consistent with the blitz plan. And if we’re hit, we can always play 2 back vs 2 back. -- We’d rather have the 2 than the 1 pt, but we’d also rather have 0 rather than 2 blots in our outfield exposed to fly shots. So, I think I’ll go with 10/1*.
