I'm going with 13/2*. Not hitting means that just about any roll Stick gets results in something totally awesome for him -- escaping, hitting, making key points, or making a key anchor. Getting hit back isn't that bad since his board isn't developed yet and would be hard to do without doubles. Let's take away one of his rolls and then use our next roll for our own awesomeness.
