Certainly hit with the first two (13-11x). After that, I'd shift from the 18 to the 17 point with the other two aces. Continuing on from 11-9 is great when oppt fans but pretty darn bad when he hits. Shifting to the 17 gives you a reasonable 6 to play (covering the 11) and 17 covers for the blot on the 3 point. Plus it gives you better survival chances if the oppt rolls a 3.
