Vivid demonstration of match score effect?

The obvious move to me looks like 21/12. Maybe 21/17 12/7 could be better, getting a builder for the bar/ace, but it leaves White a better 16 from the bar, but I'm inclined to believe that 21/12 is right. Running both back guys looks dead wrong, as does making the ace. There doesn't seem to be any particular upside to any other plays.
