I move one checker out of White's homeboard. I don't think 21/12 is quite it since you don't know you're going to get a bunch of sixes (and if you do you probably won't lose a G, anyway). So 21/17, 12/7 or 21/16, 12/8. I like the latter for three reasons: a) the second outside checker is 10-, not 11-away making it a bit easier to get to the 6-point (I think), b) the front checker is a little farther out, and c) both are on even numbered points -- more efficient for playing doublets.

I don't make the acepoint because the gammon is more likely than winning, and I can get the acepoint or barpoint after I hit, if that happens. Also keeping both back is another luxury I don't think I can afford, and it mostly matters when White rolls 1-1 and 2-2.

I think it's close on the three running plays but I go with 21/16, 12/8.
