Where's Flinch? Or is that obsolete? (It does have its own deck; maybe you were just listing games that are played with the standard 54/52 cards.)

I can't argue with your ranking (some of these games I've never heard of) but whether it's harder or not, I think Oh Hell is way more fun than Spades. Spoons is great fun, even sober (and I suspect you never play it in that condition :).
