Split v. Down

Part of my opening moves 'rules', if there are still 5 on the mid you don't split, you play it down, it doesn't matter what the "it" is, 2, 3, or 4. I would bet all the money in my right pocket that 13/11 is better than 24/22 here. [not that either of them would be my choice of play lol]
