Colorless Counting--A clever concept

There are some "big ideas" that have substantially added to my game, but I am not sure if any of those existed years ago under different names:
Trice formula Keith Count EPC O'Hagan's Law of Market Losers Woolsey's Law Rule of 4 Offense/offense, defense/defense (I believe Sly can be credited for this) Neil's Numbers Basic rules of split and slot MCV (Most Common Variation) Variance Reduction Gammon-Adjusted take points
I am sure there are others, but whether these are new or not, I just don't know...I will leave that to someone like Jake, who remembers and knows everything, to tell us. But new or not, these are concepts that I have picked up (and teach) that have materially improved my understanding of the game in recent years.
