New tournament format

A friend of mine, Mika Laukkanen, came up with the new format of tournament and run it in his tournament in Oulu, Finland.

It seems very interesting format with lot of matches. What I liked the most is I can play as many opponents as I can.
If it really decrese the work of TD, it is also fantastic.
