I played 24/22 13/8. Perry's forward position actually seems stronger than mine, since only 7 of my checkers are going forward and the stacked 6, three point and a blot on the 8 is not a terrific position. I hate to give up the forward anchor so soon and forgo remaking the 8 point. However as others have noted my board is better than his, so he has 4 dancing numbers, which is nothing to scoff at. My blots are not in much danger so I probably remake the 21 point or I can make the 20 point or 22 point. My play does many good things but the one good thing--hitting--is better than all of the other things. I didn't quite realize the strength of his growing outfield prime yet.
