The threshold for cube action to be "non-obvious" is 0.200 equity
As for the "double action where the Equity before and after double is very negative" this is to filter out end of match position where you have very little chance of winning and the threshold is -0.900.
For instance, the following cube is not considered a decision even though it is under the 0.200 limit
