1) Run 24/16. Split and down puts a 3rd man on the 11-pt and I'd rather have a 3rd checker on the mid. 2) B/24 11/5. I think out to the 18 gets blitzed a little too often. You don't need to take this risk since your chances are pretty good in a priming game. 3)B/18 even though everything hits. Hopefully you'll be able to squirm out of there before White builds a winning prime. 4) 13/7 22/18. Ahead in the race, so race. 5) B/21 then I guess 14/11 slightly over 8/5. Behind in the race, don't race. 6) 23/16. You're down in the race here but that checker on the 23 isn't doing much good where it is so I'd try to spring it out. It might be missed or there might be an exchange of hits. 7) B/21 7/4. Can't see leaving 2 blots and tons of shots with B/18 and playing the 3 to the ace feels a little overly cautious. So 7/4 is the only play left. 8) B/18. Race is even, D5 doesn't hit, and almost all hitting rolls leave quite a few returns.

A tough and interesting set of problems.
