Transcribing in XG

Ok, to make sure everyone is on the same page, let's make sure you have the latest version of XG. (Help >> Check for Update)

First, let's set XG to manual dice.

Options >> Settings >> Dice Entered Manually (bottom left) >> OK

Now let's start a new match.

File >> New >> Match.

Under the 'Players' tab make sure you enter two human players or the top field. Hit OK again and we're off and running.

Now all you have to do is enter the dice using your keyboard, I am going to enter a 32. If you type the larger number first then the bottom player will win the opening roll, if you type the smaller number first then that makes the top player win the opening roll.

I typed in 32 (instead of 23) so the bottom player has a 32 to play. I click twice on the checkers on the midpoint and play two down. After I'm finished with my move I click the dice and XG is waiting for me to enter the next dice roll. (or ship the cube)

I did all of this while posting so if you are having problems I would suggest running through this step by step.
