The three options seem to be making the 11pt, making the bar point, and making the 2pt. I think the bar point can be discarded pretty quickly. Running is tempting when ahead in the race, but I would point on the 2pt. We've already made the 1pt and we have ten checkers in the zone and White has another blot. Attacking gives us the possibility of quickly gaining a big advantage, whereas 21/11 doesn't lock up the race by any means since we still have a straggler and a strung-out position (so that our race lead is fragile).
