XG question: Double point at -2,-2

My example from before did involve a too good situation. Basically it was X having 14 on the ace point and 1 on the 7 having to leap a 5 prime. Any market loss would result in always winning a gammon anyways so no need to cube. Put the other 5 opponent checkers in a way so that X just barely has a take and then the desired conditions hold true.
But now I have an example where the following are true:
1) There is no sequence that makes X too good to double 2) X has a market losing sequence 3) X has no roll so that opponent has immediately lost his market. 4) The double is optional
Of course a literal proof of the above is difficult but each point is clearly true in my example (with rollout help).
