TONY DIAMANTIDIS

Love the game, love the community and the friends it has brought to us. HAve played the game for 40 years, last two and a half more seriously, playing in the 5-6 range but have beaten more GMs than I have lost to!

Only had one student, my wife Maggie O'Donnell/Diamantidis, who became a Women's World Champion in Monte Carlo in July 2023. This was the first event in Monte Carlo officialy named that. So, to all of you great players and teachers who I will never be as good at, try to beat my record as a coach.

Writing all this in jest, of course. And happy to expand our field of friends and competitors. Some of you already know about our backgammon refugee compound and others will in due time
